JAPAN FINANCES
Profiting from Plebs Worldwide
From comedians to cows, or barstools to birthdays: there is ALWAYS a business profiting
from plebs. Mundane workers are paid low wages. Customers are overcharged. Some billionaires
made their money via pharmaceutical companies; some millionaires utilised energy
businesses. Famous actors, authors, and artists are guilty of exploiting lesser humans.
Food and beverages are good examples of how fortunes can be made. A vulgar amount
of billionaires exist. Beneath the super-rich many upper-middle-class people are
also very wealthy. Trapped in poverty at the bottom of the heap you find countless
masses of fools. The majority of the human race is composed of unintelligent-poor-people
imprisoned in plebeian mental squalor. The purpose of poor fools is to maintain rich
lifestyles for The Privileged Elite. This is slavery. Dolts are exploited.

► Exploiting Dolts in JAPAN
Victorious Beauty - 10th August 2008
Everyone knows politicians are corrupt. The following fiasco reveals outrageous political
corruption. Former Agriculture Minister Toshikatsu Matsuoka was criticised harshly
for his accounting irregularities. He claimed ¥28 million in expenses for “office
fees” but actual usage of his office was rent-free. Toshikatsu Matsuoka was also
involved in subverting the bidding process for a public works project. Toshikatsu
received millions of yen donations from specific businessmen who were bidding for
public projects. Toshikatsu had been in the public focus for months regarding his
corrupt activities. He was due to appear before the Japanese House of Representatives
but instead of facing the consequences of his corruption he decided to commit suicide.
He died in 2007 via hanging himself. Education minister Bunmei Ibuki and Parliamentary
Policy Chief Shoichi Nakagawa were also criticised for claiming similar enormous
office expenses regarding their usage of rent-free government offices. Another Agriculture
Minister Norihiko Akagi was accused of falsely claiming ¥90 million in office expenses.
Akagi denied all transgressions. Akagi's alleged "office" for the past 16 years was
registered at his parents' address, but Akagi’s parents said it was ten years ago
when their son last used their house for office purposes. Norihiko Akagi also faces
several other accounting irregularities because he made double claims for the same
expenses; he is also accused of submitting fake receipts. The next Agriculture Minister
embroiled in corruption is Takehiko Endo. Mr Takehiko only lasted one week in office
before he was forced to resign over misappropriation of farm subsidies. This preposterous
saga of blatant Japanese political corruption now reaches awesome levels because
Internal Affairs & Communications Minister Yoshihide Suga claimed ¥19.56 million
in rent for two offices in 2005. Suga said he paid ¥19.56 million rent for the two
offices in Kanagawa. The punchline is that Suga did not need to pay any rent because
he owned the building. Another example of Japanese political fraud is Genichiro Sata
(former Minister of State for Regulatory Reform) who was found guilty of accounting
irregularities in 2006. Genichiro submitted false receipts for expenses. Genichiro
also received an ¥8 million donation channelled through an unregulated political
organisation. This donation circumvented funding laws via the exploitation of a loophole.
The source of the ¥8 million donation was a construction company owned by Genichiro’s
father. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe eventually resigned in 2007 due to all
this corruption. There were also rumours Prime Minister Abe would be investigated
regarding ¥2.5 billion inheritance from the death of his father because Mr Abe apparently
took possession of this money without paying any taxation. Rumours also indicated
Shinzo had suffered a mental collapse.
Between Oct 1993 and Aug 1999 Katsutoshi Matsuo was a Foreign Ministry bureaucrat
managing The Division for Overseas Visits. His job was to facilitate smooth running
of trips made by foreign prime-ministers, diplomats, and other high-ranking governmental
officials. Huge funds were available to Matsuo for the intended purpose of building
relations between foreign countries, but instead of using the funds in the intended
manner Matsuo embarked upon a spree of embezzlement. He routinely deposited Ministry
funds into his personal bank accounts. He used the money to pay for holidays and
trysts with various mistresses. Matsuo also purchased 15 racehorses, 8 golf club
memberships, and a luxury condominium, totalling ¥263 million. Mattsuo also organised
the G8 leaders summit in Japan 2000, and it is believed he personally gained more
than ¥1 million from businesses in return for awarding summit contracts to them.
Eventually in Jan 2001 Katsutoshi Matsuo was arrested. He pleaded guilty and was
sentenced to seven years imprisonment in 2002.
The Bank of Japan disciplined 90 employees in 1998 because an investigation revealed
improper associations with financial firms. Administrators at The Bank of Japan received
gifts and excessive entertainment from financial firms to induce them into disclosing
confidential information. Both written and verbal warnings were given to most employees.
Five officials were also punished via a salary cut. Internal investigations at the
bank began when Chief of Capital Markets Yasuyuki Yoshizawa was arrested for accepting
bribes. Yasuyuki Yoshizawa was paid more than ¥7 million from The Industrial Bank
of Japan to disclose confidential information. After police raided The Bank of Japan,
the bank’s Governor Yasuo Matsushita said he accepted liability for the corruption
and he promptly submitted his resignation. The Bank of Japan fiasco was also linked
to arrests of two bureaucrats at The Ministry of Finance. The next scandal at The
Bank of Japan occurred in 2006. The new Governor Toshihiko Fukui became embroiled
in corruption when Fund Manager Yoshiaki Murakami was arrested for insider trading.
Governor Toshihiko Fukui admitted he had invested in one of Yoshiaki Murakami’s corrupt
funds. Governor Fukui successfully survived this scandal without needing to resign.
Consider these Japanese billionaires: Nobutada Saji & family earned their ¥778 billion
fortune via the beverage industry. Yasuo Takei & family depend upon people needing
Credit for their family fortune of ¥548 billion. Eitaro Itoyama is thankful to golf
courses for ¥449 billion. Fukuzo Iwasaki relies upon real estate for riches totalling
¥449 billion. Real estate provides ¥449 billion for Akira Mori. Credit generates
the disgusting sum of ¥296 billion for Kyosuke Kinoshita & family. Yoshiaki Tsutsumi
depends upon real estate for ¥274 billion. Retailing is the method of exploitation
Masatoshi Ito uses to amass ¥263 billion. The now outmoded VCRs generated ¥252 billion
for Tetsuro Funai. Credit generated ¥241 billion for Yoshitaka Fukuda & family. Pinball/gambling/video-games
created a ¥197 billion fortune for Kunio Busujima & family. Takemitsu Takizaki manufactures
sensors thereby generating ¥186 billion. Credit is a very good way to earn money,
which can be seen in the ¥164 billion wealth of Ryoichi Jinnai & family. Electronics
have achieved a nice ¥164 billion fortune for Hideo Morita & family. Remember that
dolt exploitation occurs in all nations. Japan is not better or worse than any other
country. The elite members of civilisation are stealing money... worldwide.
